Dr. Foreman has over two decades of experience in higher education, with the past 15 years focused on being a professor in social work, human services, and sociology disciplines. Prior to that time, she served in a variety of student services and academic administration capacities in two- and four-year institutions at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Dr. Foreman teaches a variety of courses in the Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) program at Walden University. Her primary teaching interests include Human Behavior in the Social Environment, Policy & Advocacy, Multiculturalism & Diversity, and all courses in which she can support students' social work journeys.
