My name is Dr. Seyra Hughes and I am currently located in Stuart, FL. I work for a company called Anthem. Anthem services government health insurance plans. My role in the company is Director of Quality Analytics and Reporting. 

I attended college at Ball State University in Muncie, IN where I earned my Bachelors of Science in Health Science. I then attended Indiana University in Bloomington, IN and earned my Master of Public Health. I also have a Master of Business Administration from Kaplan. From there I moved to Arizona and lived there for about five years in Phoenix. I completed my PhD in Public Health specializing in Epidemiology. My topic was Anti-smoking legislation and the incidence of bladder cancer.
