For over 25 years, Dr. Jesiolowski worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with hundreds of clients of every conceivable age at mental health agencies, inpatient treatment centers, residential facilities, and maximum security prisons. He specialized in his main practice in working in forensic settings with mandated clients who had committed violent offense and were high in psychopathy. In addition to this, Dr. Jesiolowski ran his own private practice for at-risk and in-need families.

In 2010, Dr. Jesiolowski started teaching in-person and online classes at different universities. Currently, he is a full time Associate Professor at another University and serve as an Adjunct Professor at many different universities including Walden University! Over the last 30 years, Dr. Jesiolowski have have presented at a national and international level. Most recently he has started redesigning higher education course in a game-based, virtual reality modality. Dr. Jesiolowski has had several scholarly articles published and one work of fiction, the Book of Joy.
