Rilla Hynes

Dr. Rilla Hynes has a diverse background in the arts, business, and academics. She has degrees in Music, Military History, and Organizational Leadership and Management. She has taught since 1980 at various levels, in various programs. She has been a Department Chair, a Content Expert in history, an entrepreneur, and is currently a Project Center Manager. Dr. Hynes is Contributing Faculty Doctor of Business Administration. Her primary areas of interest in business include Leadership and Innovation, fields where she has academic publications. Past experiences include managing large retail departments, creating a business focused on the arts, and leadership positions at academic institutions.
