Richard was born in Atlanta, Georgia. He earned both his Bachelor’s (BA) and Master’s (MSW) degrees in Social Work from Alabama A&M University. After completing his graduate studies, he earned his doctoral degree from Capella University. Outside of his professional work, Richard enjoys fishing, coaching Little League baseball, and attending Atlanta Braves games. He is a proud father of two sons, Cameron and Caleb. Richard will serve as Faculty, Contributing – Master of Social Work, teaching MSW courses at Walden University.
