Realite Peebles

Dr. Realite Peebles is a licensed and board-certified behavior analyst with over a decade of experience in human services. Dr. Peebles currently serves as the Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the Neurodevelopmental Disorders Unit at the Pediatric Center for Behavioral Health at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services. Her professional background spans clinical leadership, private practice ownership, community mental health services, and roles across multiple autism and behavioral health organizations. Since 2026, Dr. Peebles has taught in higher education, where she is dedicated to preparing the next generation of practitioners and educators. Her primary research interests focus on the application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in school settings and on advancing teacher preparation programs, with an emphasis on improving outcomes for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. Dr. Peebles holds a PhD in Educational Leadership from Liberty University, an M.A. in Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University, and a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Social Work, also from Western Michigan University.
