Paula comes to Walden as an FNP who specializes in Cardiology and Family Health. She has over 33 years of experience in the Health Care industry in various positions. She has served as a HealthCare Administrator, FNP, Preceptor and Clinical Instructor throughout her 33-year employment in the medical profession. She currently is on staff at Doctors Memorial Hospital where she serves as a board member for policy implementation for community development. She has been instrumental in developing a curriculum for her community to combat obesity in children.
She serves as a preceptor of Chipola State College, BSN program, Auburn University MSN/DNP program and participates in sponsoring international medical students for clinical practicum.
