Paula Offutt

Dr. Paula Offutt has over a decade of higher education leadership experience, which includes serving as Program Chair, Program Director for Graduate and Doctoral Studies, Dean, and Education Consultant. Dr. Offutt has developed curricula, concentrations, and programs for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral studies, ensuring alignment with industry and accreditation standards.

In service to the community, Dr. Offutt is also a clinical mental health therapist specializing in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma.
