Paula Cherry

Dr. Paula Cherry is a doctoral-level faculty member and academic leader with more than two decades of experience in higher education, academic administration, and instructional technology. She serves as a Contributing Faculty member at Walden University, where she mentors doctoral learners and supports them throughout the Doctor of Business Administration capstone process. In this role, she guides students in developing rigorous research projects, strengthening scholarly writing, and applying evidence-based research methods to real-world business and organizational challenges.
Dr. Cherry’s formal teaching and professional background spans business administration, information technology, organizational leadership, and research methods. Her academic work focuses on doctoral education, leadership and organizational effectiveness, and the integration of technology in higher education environments. Her research interests include leadership practices in complex organizations, technology governance in academic institutions, and the effective management of digital learning environments.
