Pashion Norman

Dr. Pashion G. Norman is a scholar-practitioner in Criminal Justice and Public Policy with extensive experience in higher education, student affairs, and law enforcement. She currently serves as an Associate Professor of Criminal Justice at Walden University, where she facilitates courses in areas such as corrections, crisis intervention, and terrorism, supporting diverse adult learners in competency-based and traditional learning environments. Dr. Norman brings over a decade of combined teaching and professional experience, with a strong focus on leadership development, student engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
