Nathan Wende

Nathan Wende, PharmD, BCGP has been a pharmacist since graduating from Idaho State University in 2001. He has worked in all facets of the pharmacy world, including hospital, retail, clinical and consulting roles. He has extensive knowledge in Anticoagulation and cardioprotective services. In 2011 he became Board Certified in Geriatric Pharmacy by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties. Currently, he works in a consulting role where he is involved in Pharmacogenetics, as well as performance genetics.
