Michelle McGonigal

Dr. Michelle M. McGonigal is an experienced nurse leader and educator with a strong commitment to advancing quality and patient safety through academic excellence. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master of Science in Nursing from Waynesburg University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mercyhurst College. She has extensive experience teaching in nursing programs where she focuses on nursing leadership, quality, and patient safety. In addition, she has published many articles throughout her tenure. Dr. McGonigal is dedicated to fostering engaged, high‑performing learners who excel in evidence‑based practice.
