Mele Kramer, Ph.D., is a Postdoctoral Fellow and Adjunct Professor in Walden University’s School of Psychology, specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She brings more than 20 years of professional and academic experience spanning organizational development, leadership coaching, and higher‑education administration.
Dr. Kramer’s research focuses on workplace dynamics, psychological safety, race and gender stereotypes, and transpersonal leadership coaching, reflecting her commitment to evidence‑based, human‑centered organizational practices. At Walden, she supports teaching, research, and mentorship for emerging scholar‑practitioners.
Her professional background includes serving as a Senior Management Analyst and Organizational Development Consultant for the U.S. Department of Defense, as well as leadership roles as a Campus Director and consultant for career colleges. She is also a mentor with the Asian Corporate Leaders and Entrepreneurs national organization.
Her accomplishments include leading organizational assessments, developing coaching frameworks, and advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives across federal and educational settings.
