Dr. Megan Bolden has been teaching in university settings since 2021 and brings over eight years of professional experience in social work across hospital, school, and academic environments. She serves as a contributing faculty member in the Master of Social Work (MSW) program at Walden University. Dr. Bolden earned her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), Master of Social Work (MSW), and Doctor of Education (EdD) in Higher Education degrees from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Her professional experience spans clinical practice, educational settings, and academic program development. Dr. Bolden’s major accomplishments include enhancing student success through innovative educational programs, conducting applied research to improve social work practice, and contributing to scholarship that promotes equity in higher education and community health.
