A seasoned human services professional with over 20 years of experience. Meagan has held leadership positions at four high-quality, multicultural Head Start Programs across multiple states, served as Infant and Toddler Childcare Center Director at the University of California, Berkeley, provided early intervention services and family coordination for infants and toddlers with disabilities, and served as a federal consultant with the Administration for Children and Families’ Office of Childcare, contributing to national policy guidance and program support for early childhood initiatives. She currently works at Johns Hopkins University as a Research Program Coordinator.
She holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Science (MS) in Special Education as well as Certificates in Childcare Administration and Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health. ​
