Mary Bess W. Pannel earned her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision with a focus on School Counseling from Mississippi State University in 2016. She also holds two Master's degrees and an Education Specialist degree from Mississippi College (2003, 2006, 2007), as well as a Bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University (2002).
