Lori Legault

I am originally from Tucson Arizona and received my undergraduate degree at Northern Arizona University in Health Promotion. I've worked in corporate health and wellness programming at several large companies such as Hewlett Packard, USAA, Lockheed Martin and Progressive Insurance. I became a nationally board certified health and wellness coach (NBHWC) and obtained an M.Ed. in Learning Design and Training from Colorado State University which was fully online. I have the privilege of working full time at American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine as a Student Success and Wellness Coach and stay up on professional development for wellness coaching.
