Dr. Demeter resides with her husband, son, and daughter in lovely Annapolis, MD. She has a PhD in Public Policy, a Master's in Public Administration, and a BS in Psychology. Dr. Demeter has over 20 years of experience working with all levels of government. She enjoys the field of public policy and administration because the consequences of our decisions produce far-reaching, often unanticipated effects for years and even generations to come. In her spare time, Dr. Demeter loves spending time outdoors, painting, and doing whatever adventures her kids can cook up.
