Dr. Demeter resides in lovely Annapolis, MD in the ET zone. She has a PhD in Public Policy, a Master's in Public Administration, and a BS in Psychology. Dr. Demeter has over 20 years of experience working with all levels of government and 15 years teaching online. She enjoys the field of public policy and administration because the consequences of our decisions produce far-reaching, often unanticipated effects for years and even generations to come. In her spare time, Dr. Demeter loves spending time outdoors, painting, and traveling.
