Lisa Ansell received her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision at Liberty University in 2023. She currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at Walden University within the School of Counseling bringing six years of adjunct faculty experience within the School of Behavioral Sciences at Liberty University. Dr. Ansell has served as Chair and Reader on numerous dissertation committees and has taught courses within a Human Services Masters Program. She has also volunteered as a TA post-doctorate, serving within Clinical Mental Health Counseling Practicum, Counseling Internship, and Group Counseling. Dr. Ansell serves as a Subject Matter Expert for counseling evaluation projects and has a private practice specializing in PTSD, trauma-informed care, and individuals with invisible disabilities. She has presented and contributed to publications related to neurodivergent and disability awareness.
