Lilia Kneidel

Dr. Kneidel is a highly accomplished mental health professional, dually licensed in School and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With over 10 years of comprehensive counseling experience, she brings a depth of expertise across educational and clinical settings.

Dr. Kneidel earned her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Florida Atlantic University. She currently splits her time between serving as a Counselor Educator and managing her own psychotherapy practice. ​She has over 5 years of experience teaching ​at the university level.

Prior to her work in academia, Dr. Kneidel dedicated over a decade to the public school system within a large South Florida district. Her experience spanned various school counseling roles, including traditional brick-and-mortar, virtual, and alternative education settings. Her leadership culminated in a supervisory role where she was responsible for overseeing over 55 elementary school counselors.
