Lenore Reilly, PhD, DNP, is a postdoctoral fellow in the RN–BSN program at Walden University. She earned her PhD in Nursing from Walden University in 2025 and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Loyola University New Orleans in 2022.
Dr. Reilly brings more than 34 years of acute care nursing experience, including 17 years in leadership roles as a nurse manager and director. Her scholarship focuses on nursing education, leadership, and role transition. She has led evidence-based practice initiatives across diverse hospital systems and states, with an emphasis on nurse-sensitive indicators and interdisciplinary collaboration.
She is actively engaged in professional service, serving on the AONL Publications Committee, the ONL–NJ Advocacy Committee, and the ONL–NJ PAC Board, and has contributed as a reviewer for the ANA Mini-Grant program.
