Dr. LaToya Hayden is a marketing scholar, educator, and academic coach with professional experience in higher education and industry. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in marketing, international marketing, consumer behavior, and marketing analytics. Dr. Hayden has several years of experience teaching in online learning environments and focuses on helping students connect marketing theory with real world business applications.

At Walden University, Dr. Hayden supports student learning and academic development in business and marketing courses. Her teaching emphasizes practical marketing strategy, data informed decision making, and the role of digital tools in modern marketing environments.

Prior to her career in higher education, Dr. Hayden worked in corporate sales and supply chain management with The Coca-Cola Company, where she managed key customer relationships and business development initiatives across Georgia. In addition to her academic work, she is an entrepreneur and founder of a professional development platform that supports doctoral graduates in exploring alternative career pathways and professional growth opportunities beyond traditional academic roles.
