Dr. LaQuetta Peoples has over 23 years of experience in the early childhood education and social service fields. For the past five years she has ventured into working in higher education. As an Adjunct Faculty at Pensacola State College, Rasmussen University, and Walden University, she is dedicated to enhancing student engagement through innovative teaching strategies and synchronous learning sessions that cater to diverse learning needs. Her approach is rooted in her deep expertise in online teaching, ensuring that every virtual classroom experience is rich with opportunities for student-centered learning. By integrating her educational background and proficiency in mentoring, she contributes to a culture of academic excellence and continuous curriculum development.

Concurrently, her role as an Admissions Coordinator at Pensacola State College involves spearheading admissions efforts and fostering staff development, all in alignment with the strategic goals of the institution.
