La Toya S. Glenn, PhD, MS-AT, is an interdisciplinary professional with a unique perspective. She earned her PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Walden University, where her research examined educators' well-being and social support during the transition from in-person to online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.

She also holds a Master of Science in Assistive Technology and Human Services from California State University, Northridge, where she specializes in technology-based interventions and accessibility solutions that promote equitable learning and participation for individuals with diverse needs. Furthermore, she has conferred post-baccalaureate coursework to work in the field of Speech-Language Pathology, where she is certified to practice as an SLP-A in Georgia.

With over a decade of experience in education, Dr. Glenn supports inclusive learning through universal design for learning (UDL) and evidence-based practices. Outside of academia, she finds balance in family life and enriches her perspective through international travel.
