Her doctoral research examined teacher perceptions of students with High Functioning Autism Spectrum Disorder, with a focus on gender differences in expectations, experience, and classroom support. In addition to her clinical and district-level work, Dr. Delaporta is committed to preparing and mentoring future behavior analysts and educators. She provides supervision and applied mentoring to Registered Behavior Technicians and graduate-level BCBA candidates, emphasizing ethical decision-making, meaningful application of ABA in real-world settings, and confident, competent professional practice that helps students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
