Dr. Curcio has been teaching at Walden University since 2016. She obtained a B.S in Nursing from Binghamton University, a MSN as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a DNP from Duke University. She is certified as an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and an Advanced Oncology Nurse Practitioner.
Dr. Curcio practices as a Nurse Practitioner in a Hematology/Oncology practice. Her practice consists primarily of thoracic and genitourinary cancers.
