Kristin Boddu
Kristin Boddu, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a dedicated educator and mentor with over eight years of experience in nursing education. She began her teaching career in 2016 as an adjunct faculty member at Jefferson State Community College, where she taught simulation lab and clinical skills, earning recognition for her engaging teaching style. Dr. Boddu currently serves as a Contributing Faculty member in the Doctor of Nursing Practice program at Walden University and a Clinical Assistant Professor at East Carolina University. In these roles, she mentors doctoral students, provides project guidance, and evaluates scholarly work, leveraging her experience in both online and face-to-face teaching to support students' success in healthcare.
In addition to her academic roles, Dr. Boddu has played a key role in mentoring new healthcare providers, helping them navigate the challenges of early clinical practice. Her commitment to student and professional development is evident in her mentoring of nursing students and new advanced practice providers, supporting them in their educational and career growth. Dr. Boddu's academic achievements include a summa cum laude DNP from East Carolina University, where she developed educational resources for primary care providers. Her passion for nursing education and her extensive clinical experience make her a respected leader and mentor in the field, inspiring students and healthcare providers to excel.
