Kristi Trapp
Dr. Kristi Trapp has worked in higher education for nearly 25 years. She earned a Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Georgia, as well as a Master of Fine Arts in Studio Art.
Kristi has taught fine arts courses for Iowa State University and the University of Georgia. She has taught instructional design courses for the University of Georgia, the University of Wyoming, and James Madison University. Additionally, Dr. Trapp has worked with the U.S. Air Force developing computer-based nuclear security training and with the University of Georgia as the Assistant Director of Information Technology. For the last 13+ years, Kristi has worked with Walden University, Laureate Education, and Adtalem Global Education. During her tenure she has developed curriculum for Walden University, the University of Miami, Torrens University, and the University of St. Augustine. She has led a team of curriculum developers and media specialists, and also served as the Associate Dean for Curriculum Delivery and Retention. Kristi currently serves as the Dean of the School of Lifelong Learning.
