Kristen Lister

Dr. Kristen Lister is a National Certified Counselor, licensed professional counselor, and counselor educator with a Master of Counseling in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Counseling from Idaho State University. She currently works as an academic coordinator in the areas of admissions and student retention. Her past professional experiences include providing mental health and career counseling services in higher education settings and mental health counseling in community agencies. Her professional and research areas of interest include multicultural and social justice issues in counseling, professional identity and advocacy, and counselor training. She holds multiple professional affiliations and service positions with such organizations as the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision and the Chi Sigma Iota Honor Society.
