Katye R. Miller received her PhD in Human Development and Family Science at The Ohio State Univerisity in June 2012. Dr. Miller is a part-time faculty member at Walden University, beginning in January 2019. She teaches Aging Across the Lifespan, Concepts of Health Promotion, Stress Management, and is a Dissertation mentor. She has also taught a variety of other courses at other universities. Dr. Miller has researched topics such as family influences on sexual behavior, various constructs around HIV, and adolescent behavior. She is also interested in the role distributions of the second shift in duel-earner families. She has nearly 15 years experience in the field of college health and wellness.
