John Vizzuso has spent the last 32 years working in leadership roles in health care. He entered the business world in 1989 as a radiology technologist. John’s career has spanned executive roles with health care systems and physician groups. He received his master's degree in health care management from California Coast University and his doctorate in business administration from Walden University.

At a very young age, John enjoyed being able to help people. This passion has served him well with working in the field of health care. John takes personal fulfillment in overseeing operations that make a difference for people who are having health issues. Also, he takes a deep interest in helping health care workers with meeting their expectations as a leader. His career has been filled with working with wonderful people who have made significant differences for people in need.

John loves to write and has penned several books over the years. His latest book is entitled: EngageME: Will leaders Listen? This book focuses on leadership strategies that affect employee engagement in health care. John finds that writing helps reduce stress and provides an outlet for discussions on how leaders in health care can be compassionate and engaged within the work environment.
