In the EdD Early Childhood Education specialization, you’ll build skills and progress toward your final capstone project in every course.

In general, students are continuously registered in the dissertation/doctoral study course until they complete their capstone project and it is approved. This usually takes longer than the minimum required terms in the dissertation/doctoral study course shell.
To complete a doctoral dissertation, students must obtain the academic approval of several independent evaluators including their committee, the University Research Reviewer, and the Institutional Review Board; pass the Form and Style Review; gain approval at the oral defense stage; and gain final approval by the Chief Academic Officer. Boeing Company, Ridley Park PA - April 11, 2019 - Present
Analyst and System Support Technologist in support of Boeing CH-47 MINOS 3/4 Singapore program.
Analyze preliminary maintenance tasks and existing operational checks and troubleshooting procedures of multiple equipment and subsystems to meet customer aircraft configuration. Utilize SLICwave database to develop maintenance sub-tasks, identify required support equipment material and supplies and consumable items lists for system supportability. Analyze supportability data of assigned tasks and identify gaps along with appropriate resolution Utilize maintenance manuals, engineering technical drawings and other resource requirements to evaluate current engineering design for CH-47 aircraft.
Teach as an adjunct instructor since 2008 for various schools in the field of management/leadership/sociology. I am also Dissertation Advisor mentoring students through their dissertation process and I have acted as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) assisting in the development of different courses including Being a Leader, Organisational in Strategic Context and Introduction to Sociology.
