Dr. Jie Lin holds a Ph.D. in Public School Administration from Texas A&M University and has more than twenty years of experience teaching and mentoring at the graduate level. She has taught a wide range of research and methodology courses—including qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods—at both the master’s and doctoral levels, and has served on over sixty dissertation committees guiding students from topic development through successful defense.
Dr. Lin previously served as Associate Professor and Program Leader for Research at Concordia University Chicago, where she also developed several online and face-to-face research courses. Her scholarship focuses on educational leadership, diversity in higher education, and cross-cultural perspectives in school administration. Having lived and worked in both the United States and China, Dr. Lin brings an international perspective and a strong commitment to inclusive, student-centered learning.
