Jessie Cirolia

I’m Dr. Jessie Cirolia, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, and I’m excited to be your faculty member here at Walden University in the College of Nursing. I’ve been working in nursing and education for over a decade, with a background in both primary care and mental health. My clinical and academic experience really shapes how I approach teaching and I love supporting students on their professional journeys.
Before joining Walden, I taught at the University of Florida, Florida State College at Jacksonville, and Chamberlain University. I’ve led courses in subjects like pathophysiology, adult health, clinical instruction, and research. I try to bring that variety into the online classroom by creating a student-centered, engaging learning experience.
