Dr. Jessica Hensley is a Lead Higher Education Strategist at Flying Cloud Solutions and a highly experienced higher education leader. Since 2005, Dr. Hensley served in many higher education leadership roles including vice provost, vice president, assistant dean, director, department lead, and adjunct faculty member. Dr. Hensley earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Education from National University, a Master of Education from Northcentral University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Benedictine University. Jessica’s expertise includes many aspects of academic affairs including, accreditation, assessment, continuous improvement, student success strategies, and strategic planning within online and hybrid learning modalities. Dr. Hensley’s research interests include adult learner success strategies, online education, advanced pedagogies supporting student success, and learning outcome measurement and efficacy.
