Dr. Jessica Chrystal has a Ph.D. in Public Policy & Public Administration (Law & Public Policy) from Walden University and a Masters in Legal Studies (Local & State Government), serving in higher education for 13 years. Dr. Chrystal is a contributing faculty at Walden University. She is a policy advisor and Director of Policy & Compliance. She is a certified mediator, has served as a course author developing graduate-level courses. Dr. Chrystal has taught Introduction to Community Economic Development, Social Issues and Economic Policies, Community Building and Organizing, Housing Development and Policy, and Legal Framework of Community Economic Development courses at another university. She served as a subject matter expert in economic policies, content analysis, agenda setting, policy formulation, policy implementation, policy evaluation, and evidenced-based policy making.
