Dr. Jena Graham, Ph.D., M.Phil., M.A., is a strategic logistics specialist and human services scholar with over 20 years of experience leading operations across the U.S. Army, Army Corps of Engineers, Lockheed Martin, and other federal agencies. Her academic journey—spanning psychology, human relations, and philosophy—informs her holistic approach to mental health, workforce development, and organizational resilience. Her doctoral research, which explored the psychological impact of remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic, blends real-world insight with academic rigor. As an educator, Dr. Graham empowers adult learners through interactive, practice-based instruction that bridges theory and application, preparing students to lead with clarity, empathy, and purpose in complex organizational environments.
