Gregory Meek
Dr. Gregory Meek is a contributing faculty for for Walden University’s College of Social and Behavioral Sciences in the Mental Health Counseling Program. After completing his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Master of Education degree in Counseling Psychology at James Madison University, Dr. Meek went on to a successful career in higher education student affairs. In 2008, Dr. Meek received his PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from the College of William & Mary. He has been teaching in graduate level counselor training programs since that time. His research interests include the exploration of a variety of issues and experiences related to the LGBTQI+ community. In addition to his faculty roles, Dr. Meek is a licensed counselor in both Florida and Virginia and maintains a private counseling practice.
