Elizabeth Erin Williams, Pharm.D. is a dedicated and accomplished pharmacist with a proven record of leadership, clinical excellence, and operational expertise in the retail pharmacy sector. A 2012 graduate of Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Dr. Williams is licensed to practice pharmacy in both New York (License #056861), Vermont (License #033.0089253), and New Hampshire, with immunization privileges and CPR certification.
Currently serving as a Pharmacy Operations Pharmacist Specialist for Hannaford Bros., Dr. Williams supports 13 pharmacies across New York’s Hudson Valley region. In this role, she coaches pharmacy teams on regulatory compliance, clinical standards, and operational best practices. She also leads training for new pharmacists, technicians, and managers, while supporting store openings, remodels, and inventory initiatives.
Previously, Dr. Williams served as Pharmacy Manager and District Resource at the Kingston, NY Hannaford location. She was responsible for pharmacy compliance, performance metrics, staff development, patient services, and community engagement.
Her efforts in immunization programs, medication therapy management, and mentoring earned her multiple accolades, including Pharmacist of the Year for District 18 (2021) and Department Manager of the Year (2013, 2018).
Earlier in her career, Dr. Williams held roles as Pharmacy Manager in Cairo, NY, and as a Staff Pharmacist for Hannaford’s regional support team. She began her pharmacy journey as an intern in Latham, NY.
Her career reflects a deep commitment to patient care, professional development, and pharmacy innovation.
