Diana Garza

Dr. Diana Garza is a Professor @ University of the Incarnate Word. She has also worked at Our Lady of the Lake University, Texas A&M Corpus Christi, and Dallas Christian College.

Dr. Garza received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Information Systems from The University of the Incarnate Word in 2000. She received her Master of Business Administration with a Concentration in E-Commerce and Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas, in 2002 and 2008, respectively.

Dr. Garza serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the San Antonio SHRM Organization and is the current Director of Professional Development.

Dr. Garza has over 14 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels; she also has an extensive corporate background working for large San Antonio-based companies as well as for a global company as a Director of Program Development collaborating on the development of graduate programs for U.S. and Latin American Universities.
Dr. Garza also collaborates with McGraw Hill Publishing, specifically in developing interactive case exercises and Case Studies for business textbooks.
