Dave Duncan

Dr. Duncan has years of experience in leadership positions in the healthcare industry. He has served as President, COO, SVP, CIO, and VP in numerous UPMC [University of Pittsburgh] companies.
In addition to his professional experience, Dr. Duncan received his PhD from Penn State University in Systems Sciences. He has served as adjunct faculty for several universities.
Dr. Duncan has provided consulting services to non-profit, community organizations. He specializes is using systems science to implement a strategic management system in complex organizations.
