Cynthia Luna

Cynthia Luna has been teaching English and Humanities for over 14 years, and she is passionate about the teaching of writing and critical thinking. She earned her master’s degree in English emphasizing in Comparative Literature from San Diego State University. As a first-generation high school and college graduate in her Latino and Asian family, she strives to provide an avenue of hope and social change through education for her students. Her focus is to encourage students to believe that they belong in higher education and can make an impact on the world around them.
