Dr. Chenobia Webster-Hill holds a Doctor of Social Work (DSW) in Clinical Practice and Leadership. She is currently active as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the states of Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee with experience in clinical counseling in higher education.
