Chandra Hall
Dr. Chandra Hall is a proud native of Alexandria, Louisiana, and a distinguished scholar and professional. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work, Master of Social Work, and Criminal Justice all from Grambling State University. She later received a Ph.D. in Urban Higher Education Administration from Jackson State University. Currently, Dr. Hall serves as the Peer Program Manager for a Post-Secondary Education Program at the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), Serves as a Mentor of First-Generation College students at Grambling State University, is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Massachusetts, Simmons College of Kentucky, and Walden University. Dr. Hall is one of many best-selling Authors of The HBCU Experience: The Grambling State University 3rd Edition. Dr. Hall is deeply involved in various professional and community organizations, dedicating countless hours to service. She is a member of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the National Association of Black Social Workers, the Association of Social and Behavioral Scientists, and several other organizations focused on student affairs and mental health.
