Caitlin Byrd

Dr. Caitlin Byrd has been teaching higher education since 2023 after receiving her Doctorate in Business Administration from Liberty University in 2022. She has taught at a variety of Universities and enjoys the learning atmosphere that the online platform has to offer in ability, time management, and accessibility for professionals. Dr. Byrd has been a Surgical Neurophysiologist since 2013 with OR experience, Human Resources roles, and Education Specialist within the Medical Corporation including managing employee platforms and educational systems for compliance related training. She has founded and participated in many Non-Profit Organizations including being part of the launching committee for the Education Foundation in her area. She has created businesses from social media and platform marketing. She has published books and patents including a medical device. She is greatly involved within her community and has a deep desire to reach the younger generations with opportunity and skillsets. Dr. Byrd was a collegiate athlete and continues to pour into youth programs supporting Softball and Baseball.
