Bridget Webb

Dr. Bridget Webb is a registered nurse, certified nurse educator, and board-certified holistic nurse with more than 15 years of clinical nursing experience and several years of experience in higher education. Her formal teaching areas include nursing research, evidence-based practice, leadership, population health, and graduate nursing education.
At Walden University, Dr. Webb serves as a contributing faculty member, supporting students in developing the scholarly, research, and leadership competencies necessary for advanced nursing practice. She is committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment that promotes critical thinking, professional growth, and lifelong learning.
Dr. Webb's primary research interests focus on the use of artificial intelligence in healthcare, social determinants of health, nursing leadership, workforce well-being, and strategies to improve health outcomes through data-informed decision-making. Her subject matter expertise includes nursing education, health informatics, evidence-based practice, and interdisciplinary approaches to addressing health disparities.
Professionally, Dr. Webb has worked in critical care, nursing leadership, and academic nursing.
