Brandi Thomas

Dr. Brandi Thomas is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP). She is a three-time graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. With almost 10 years of nursing experience, she has worked in areas including cardiothoracic surgery, cardiac ICU, and general cardiology. She currently works as a nurse practitioner on a general cardiology step-down unit. She has also served as an adjunt clinical instructor for undergraduate nursing students. She is excited to join the faculty of Walden University as a contributing faculty in the AGACNP Master's program.
