Bethany Alden-Rivers serves as a contributing faculty member for the Doctor of Education program. Alden-Rivers has over 23 years' higher education teaching experience, including 14 years teaching for international universities and the UK prison system. During this period of time, Alden-Rivers has held a variety of academic leadership roles with a focus on assessment, institutional effectiveness, faculty development, and flexible learning. Her research interests include adult learning, epistemological development, social innovation, and higher education leadership.
