Beth Raiola

Richard W. Riley College of Education and Human Sciences

Dr. Raiola is a progressive Board-Certified Behavior Analyst licensed in multiple states. Her diverse experience spans schools, clinics, communities, and home settings, working with children and adults with developmental delays, trauma, and neurodiversities. She founded and operated her own agency supporting families with special needs, facilitated community partnerships, published articles, delivered talks on child development, taught at several universities, and trained and supported professionals in the field.
Currently, Dr. Raiola serves as Program Chair for Applied Behavior Analysis at Post University and as a contributing faculty member at other institutions. She also provides private training, supervision, mentorship, and workshops for behaviorists and educators working with exceptional learners. Dr. Raiola has served on the Human Services Advisory Committees for Jose Maria Vargas University and Colorado State University. She was also a member of the Nominating Committee for FLAEYC (the Florida Association for the Education of Young Children).
Dr. Raiola is a progressive, child-centered, and culturally proficient professional dedicated to fostering inclusive environments. She advocates building culturally responsive community partnerships and networks and establishing inclusive systems that foster positive behavioral support, collaborative problem-solving, and individualized opportunities for success.
