A goal of hers is to help eliminate the stigma around therapy and seeking help when needed. She believes therapy can be used as a reset for all of us to get back in touch with our highest self. Her intentions in therapy are to explore with clients all aspects of their life and provide insight and encouragement along the way to reach that healthy reset.
